BUILDING RATIONALLY OPTIMIZED IMMUNOTHERAPEUTIC DRUGS AND VACCINES

We employ a stream-lined process that integrates cutting edge technologies at the forefront of antigen discovery, protein design and drug development. Our rational immunotherapy design and engineering approach consists of two basic steps: Antigen engineering and nano formulation. Each step is highlighted below.

ANTIGEN ENGINEERING

We discover and modify target antigen sequences to optimize immunological properties and stabilize specific 3-D structures of key target epitopes. Our engineering approach build on the latest breakthroughs in bioinformatics, AI, computational drug design and protein engineering.

NANO FORMULATION

We apply breakthrough specifically tailored modular nanoparticles that present target antigens in an optimal geometry and contain specific immuno-modulatory components and adjuvants to potentiate and drive our target immune response towards a specific phenotype.
